Production Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Production Operations Specialist to join our team at Silent-Aire, a technology-driven company that designs, engineers, and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize production schedules.
- Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and process excellence.
Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
