Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct management and handling of all raw and finished goods inventory and warehousing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the handling of all raw and finished goods inventory.
  • Supervise all warehousing functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure accountability for all physical materials within the organization.
  • Enforce adherence to legislative, safety, and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in materials management, inventory control, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of legislative and safety regulations related to warehousing and materials handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
