Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Kamloops. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, including the front desk, lobby, and guest rooms.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop front desk staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise, ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on hotel activities and events.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
