Reservations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at MOTEL 6. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing work, hiring and training staff, and maintaining the operation of computer systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Client focus, Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Team player
Work Environment: Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be working closely with our front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
