We offer a competitive salary range from $96,887 to $107,696 per annum, plus an additional Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental plans, vacation and sick leave, disability insurance, and pension plans.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and functional advice on employment-related policies, programs, and initiatives. They will also design and develop programs, tools, and approaches to advance EDI and wellness in the workplace.

  • Experience in human resources management, including providing strategic and functional advice on employment-related policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Designing and developing programs, tools, and approaches to advance EDI and wellness in the workplace.
  • Transferring knowledge to others, including HR practitioners and other service providers.
Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate within their application that they meet the following requirements:

  • Degree from a recognized university in a field relevant to the work to be performed.
  • Equivalent combination of experience, education, training, and/or certification may be accepted.
