Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

Audielicious Restaurant, Inc. is seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for cooking and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work Environment
