Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Audielicious Restaurant, Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is located in an urban area, and we offer a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
