About the Role

Audielicious Restaurant, Inc. is seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of international dishes, including Canadian, International, and Filipino cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player
