Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality facilities.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review staff performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for Airport Inn.
  • Negotiate with Clients: Work with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Develop Business Plans: Create and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue for Airport Inn.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Manage Events: Coordinate and execute events at Airport Inn to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs: Participate in programs that support newcomers and refugees to ensure their integration into our community.
  • Support Foreign Credential Recognition: Assist newcomers and refugees with recognizing their foreign credentials to enhance their employability.
Support for Youths:
  • Participate in Youth Employment Programs: Participate in programs that support youth employment to ensure their successful transition into the workforce.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Participate in Indigenous Support Programs: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people to ensure their inclusion and success in our community.
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Participate in Visible Minority Support Programs: Participate in programs that support visible minorities to ensure their inclusion and success in our community.
