Accommodations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodations services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company regulations.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and services to ensure the best value for Airport Inn.
- Manage Events: Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and other activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, providing assistance with foreign credential recognition.
- Support for Youths: Participate in programs that support youth employment, helping to develop skills and opportunities for young people.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people, promoting cultural understanding and community engagement.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support members of visible minorities, fostering diversity and inclusion.
