Accommodations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality facilities.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review staff performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for Airport Inn.
- Negotiate with Clients: Work with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop Business Plans: Create and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue for Airport Inn.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Manage Events: Coordinate and execute events at Airport Inn to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Participate in Government or Community Programs: Participate in programs that support newcomers and refugees to ensure their integration into our community.
- Support Foreign Credential Recognition: Assist newcomers and refugees with recognizing their foreign credentials to enhance their employability.
- Participate in Youth Employment Programs: Participate in programs that support youth employment to ensure their successful transition into the workforce.
- Participate in Indigenous Support Programs: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people to ensure their successful integration into our community.
- Participate in Visible Minority Support Programs: Participate in programs that support visible minorities to ensure their successful integration into our community.
