Job Title: Content Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore of Northern New Brunswick. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in managing and conducting various general contents/cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Approach all aspects of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority.
    • Prior to project start, assist in creating and revising preliminary master schedules for production staff, detailing the sequence of all work to be performed.
    • Coordinate and supervise Pack outs in customers' business or dwellings.
    • Coordinate and supervise contents cleaning at our facilities as a result of smoke/fire/water damages.
    • Prepare non-restorable contents list for our customers.
    • Assist the Project Manager with a working schedule for the purpose of estimating.
    • Ensure company vehicle policies are adhered to and enforced.
    • Actively participate to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times.
    • Enter production project information into Restore software system.
    • Provide job-specific information to project managers, project managers' assistants, production staff, adjusters, owners, sub-contractors, and vendors as necessary.
    • Research and investigate new technologies (equipment, processes, products, etc.).
    • Manage safety notifications and communication to the contents production staff.
    • Review contents handling/cleaning jobs assigned daily and communicate with other associates involved as needed.
    • Check routing and directions to each job as required.
    • Inspect materials and equipment required for the scheduled jobs is in good working order and loaded on company vehicles prior to leaving the office.
    • Create a requisition for materials and equipment needed for pick-up at the end of each working week.
  • Client Site Duties:
    • Complete jobs to specifications to customer's satisfaction.
    • Inspect the work completed to ensure the job meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements.
    • Facilitate customer inspection of the job after completion, request customer signs off on the form indicating their satisfaction, and process payment for work completed.
    • Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project with the Property Owner, Insurance Adjuster, Insurance Company, and/or Corporate Client.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires a high level of physical exertion. Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.
