Cuso International is seeking a skilled Communications and Graphic Design Advisor to join our team in Lima, Peru. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating compelling social media campaigns and communication materials for our partner Demus.
Key Responsibilities- Design and produce graphics and audiovisual content for Demus' social media campaigns and communication initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials for important occasions.
- Provide support for Demus' communication activities on social media, as well as in collaboration with partners in different regions, and with Cuso International and GAC.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, advertising, journalism or other creative fields.
- Proficient in the design and use of audiovisual tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere or other video editing programs.
- Experience and/or studies related to feminism, gender and human rights are considered an asset.
- Able to handle digital image cropping and utilize graphic manuals and templates.
- Proficient in managing Twitter, WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
Cuso International offers a comprehensive support package, including a modest monthly living allowance, accommodation, medical health insurance, round-trip airfare and visa/work permit costs, pre-placement training, In-Country Orientation (ICO) and Reintegration Debriefing, and access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) while in placement and upon return.
Selection RequirementsPlease note that if you are shortlisted for the placement, you will be required to confirm your passport or permanent resident details for travel purposes, provide two professional references and one personal reference, complete a language assessment during the preliminary telephone interview in the language required for your placement, obtain a satisfactory police check, complete a medical exam and be medically cleared before your departure, and be double vaccinated following the World Health Organization-approved vaccines.
