Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between operational and technical teams, driving application direction and use, and leading the improvement of business workflows to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support business objectives and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure data assets are complete, accurate, and reliable.
  • Manage security and access management.
  • Collaborate with IT to design, configure, and implement new systems or system enhancements.
  • Support the deployment of new systems or enhancements, including coordinating with end-users.
  • Provide detailed guidance to end-users on software issues, functionality, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Understanding of business processes, financial metrics, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Familiarity with system design methodologies, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent aptitude for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail and information quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders.
  • SQL knowledge to query databases for data analysis.
