Reporting to the VP Finance, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the organization and will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

Assess and propose enhancements to business operations and workflows to boost productivity and effectiveness. Create and manage detailed reports and dashboards that support business goals and facilitate informed decision-making. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data assets. Oversee security and access management protocols. Collaborate with IT to design, configure, and implement new systems or upgrades. Facilitate the rollout of new systems or enhancements, including liaising with end-users. Provide comprehensive support to end-users regarding software functionalities and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of business operations, financial indicators, and industry-specific standards. Familiarity with system design principles, databases, and reporting software. Exceptional skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and information quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL for database querying to conduct data analysis.
