Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and process payments.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of staff members, provide guidance and support, and ensure that they are meeting the hotel's standards.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire new staff members, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus.
