Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Paint Sales Specialist at The Sherwin-Williams Company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
  • Analyze customer requirements and make recommendations on paint and related products
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • If internal, must have received at least a "meets expectations" rating on the most recent performance appraisal
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on location and experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

The estimated salary range is between $38,400 and $51,600 per year, depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
