Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Technician to join our team at the University Health Network. As a Research Technician, you will be responsible for performing wet lab experiments, assisting with project management, and contributing to the overall operations of our labs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced molecular biology and biochemistry techniques
  • Assist in processing clinical samples and maintaining research notebooks
  • Participate in project management, including report generation and communication with collaborators
  • Contribute to the overall operations of the labs, including space and equipment management

Requirements

  • BSc in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in a research laboratory setting
  • Advanced knowledge of modern molecular biology techniques and/or chemistry tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
