About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to provide strategic oversight, guidance, and support to all technology initiatives and operations within APS. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this executive will be a member of our leadership team and participate in the development and execution of APS's strategic plan.

The ideal candidate will have proven senior leadership experience, a vision-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills. They will excel in strategic leadership, planning, execution, and risk management, with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Set, monitor, and successfully deliver the IT and enterprise architecture strategy and budget, ensuring it aligns with APS business objectives.
  2. Oversee IT infrastructure, corporate IT program portfolio, and information security program, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and exceeding operational and service level standards.
  3. Provide effective oversight of financial and performance data, ensuring prudent oversight to minimize technology costs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree with at least 5-10 years of directly related IT experience, or Bachelor's Degree with at least 10-15 years of directly related IT experience.
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of project management, project controls, procurement, and asset management.

You will have a successful track record in strategic planning, roadmap implementation, leading complex transformations, and a strong background in IT service delivery. Financial acumen and the ability to manage financial and resourcing processes are also required.
