Tanbridge Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead our English Language Learning (ELL) Program. As an ELL Program Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive program to support students with diverse English language proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Create and implement a curriculum that addresses the needs of non-native English speakers, including speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Classroom Management: Establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
- Teacher Support: Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for supporting English language learners in the classroom.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to measure student progress and inform instruction.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
