Retail Store Manager

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal store coverage.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure seamless store operations.
- 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
