Job Title: Senior Manager, Sales and Leasing

SmartCentres IP Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales and Leasing to lead the sales and leasing efforts for our residential developments in the GTA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and directing a high-performing sales and leasing team to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales and leasing centres, ensuring seamless execution of sales and leasing strategies.
  2. Develop and implement sales and leasing plans to achieve business objectives, working closely with the executive team.
  3. Mentor and manage a team of sales, leasing, and administrative professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with external agents and brokers to drive sales and leasing growth.
  5. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure effective brand messaging and marketing strategies.
  6. Develop and execute marketing and communications plans to drive sales and leasing results.
  7. Work closely with internal project teams to advise on project design and maximize purchase value.
Requirements:
  1. Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or real estate.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales and/or leasing, with a strong track record of success.
  3. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
