Retail Store Manager

Georgie's Beer & Wine Store is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is staffed appropriately during peak periods.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
