Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Georgie's Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of leadership and sales success.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Our store operates in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
