Retail Store Manager

Georgie's Beer & Wine Store is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
