Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Foxwood Inn & Suites. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front-line staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service delivery.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
