Hotel Clerk Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Fox Creek Limited Partnership o/a Comfort Inn and Suites. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our front desk staff, ensuring exceptional guest service and a smooth hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent guest service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to front desk staff to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
  • Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
