Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Paramount Flooring, Lloydminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Team Management: Train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and proactive.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. The work schedule will be 40 hours per week, and the work language will be English.
