Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Paramount Flooring, Lloydminster. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Team Management: Train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and ensure excellent oral and written communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
