Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Paramount Flooring, Lloydminster. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and other key metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
