Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Paramount Flooring, Lloydminster. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Team Management: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Must be able to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
