Job Title: Security Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Security team as a Security Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving our Bug Bounty Program, acting as an internal security service desk, and providing security assurance through vulnerability management and network scans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve our Bug Bounty Program, including assessing reports and facilitating fixes with the development teams.
  • Act as an internal security service desk, providing security answers to our fellow team members and hosting Security Office Hours.
  • Provide security assurance through vulnerability management, network scans, and identifying and remediating control gaps.
  • Aid in the procurement process, including risk assessments, security documentation collection and review.
  • Participate in internal audits, including spot checking that systems are operating effectively.
  • Facilitate customer identity verification and account protection.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • A passion for learning and a drive to stay updated with emerging technologies and security trends.
Nice to Have:
  • Cloud technology, specifically AWS / CloudFlare.
  • A startup mindset.
  • Vulnerability management tooling such as EDR, DLP.
