Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Office Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Expenditures: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the office is operating within its means.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Contracts: Manage contracts to ensure that the office is complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the office is running efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
