Job Title: Real Estate Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Office Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget and Expenditures: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the office runs smoothly and within budget.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with clients and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a real estate office management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
