Job Title: Residential Real Estate Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a Residential Real Estate Law Clerk, you will be responsible for managing files from the beginning to end of transactions autonomously for residential real estate, preparing and issuing all necessary documents, and liaising with all internal and external parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage files from the beginning to end of transactions autonomously for residential real estate
  • Prepare and issue all necessary documents
  • Liaise with all internal and external parties involved, including preparation of correspondence as required
  • Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of the team
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and act with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ year of experience in a Real Estate practice
  • Must have knowledge with Unity or Teraview software
  • Must have knowledge of Unity
  • Working knowledge of PC Law
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have experience with title searches
  • Must be able to handle a case from beginning to end
  • Can work onsite in the London ON
