Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide high-quality care and education to our infants. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care and attention to each infant, including feeding, bathing, and soothing
- Develop and implement engaging activities and play-based learning experiences that promote cognitive and motor skill development
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and share information about their child's daily activities and progress
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants in a daycare or childcare setting
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$25.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours/week
- 3 positions available
- 4% vacation pay
- Dental and extended health benefits
