Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Axiom Surface Protection Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Manage and develop key customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- 5 years or more of experience in sales and customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
