Assistant Store Manager

Corky's Liquor Store is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including managing staff, assigning duties, and planning budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to optimize store performance
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work in a standing position for extended periods
