Assistant Store Manager

Corky's Liquor Store is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store remains competitive and attractive to customers.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that our store operates within budget and meets financial targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
