Medical Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at IMPACT Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information between healthcare professionals and patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient information and treatment plans
- Order supplies and maintain inventory of medical equipment and materials
- Enter and format electronic medical reports and correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
