Nurse Practitioner

Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interprofessional team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and psychological needs to identify problems and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the interprofessional team to provide patient-centered care and promote health education.
- Provide teaching and support to patients and their families to promote chronic disease self-management and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and research to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to the orientation and education of nursing staff and students, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Graduation from an approved school of Nursing and current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) are required. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, are essential for success in this role.
