Cleaning Operations Manager

At Choice Projects LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that cleaning services are delivered efficiently.
