Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Redeeming Home Cleaning. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
