Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at REDEEMING HOME CLEANING. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff and clients.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and reliability
