Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Redemptive Home Cleaning. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Lead and direct a team of cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients' properties are clean and safe.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects to ensure that we are providing value to our clients.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, dependability, and flexibility.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Setting: Office building, cleaning service company, and residential settings.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Security and Safety:
  • Driver's Validity Licence Check: Ensure that our cleaning staff have a valid driver's license.
