Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dawn Food Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
