Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dawn Food Services Ltd. as a key member of our food service operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food service operations and high-quality customer experience.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Inventory Management and ReportingEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills.
