Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JMS Food Enterprises Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Oversee the activities of food service staff, ensuring they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and permanent employment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
