Food Service Manager

ODA Food Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Train Staff in Sanitation and Safety Procedures: Educate staff on proper sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe food service environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform food service operations and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that food and service meet our high expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and permanent employment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
