Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our Spirit Halloween team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
  • Support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
  • Perform physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for 8 hours
What You'll Need
  • Minimum age requirement: 16
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
About Us

As a Spirit Halloween Sales Associate, you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, but you will be employed by the independent owner and operator of the consignment store. Your employer will be responsible for your employment benefits and wages.

Please note that Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
